Wish-Bone Salad Sampler Party (Giveaway)
When it’s hot outside, cooking hot meals can feel like a chore – so it’s no wonder summer is the most popular season for salads. The thing is, if you’re like me, you often find yourself tossing the same ingredients together over and over again.
Mango Peach Iced Tea
Back in June we did some science experiments for homeschooling and for one of them I needed some baby food jars. With no babies in the house, I went out and bought six jars of baby food, just for the jars…
I actually thought the flavors out with some premise that I “might” actually use the baby food in something, and one of the varieties I purchased was mango.
Ice Cream Sponge Cake

Since it is National Ice Cream Day, I figured I needed to get an ice cream recipe up! You certainly don’t need to use strawberry ice cream (although I recommend Breyer’s Fat Free Strawberry to save a few calories if you do decide to use it).
Parmesan-Pepper Sweet Potato Fries
We have a saying in our home; “There is never enough cheese”. If a recipe calls for cheese, I always add ‘just’ a bit more! If a recipe doesn’t call for cheese…you’ll often find me adding some! We like having cheese with our cheese! We like parmesan cheese as a topping on pizza and noodles, but there are so many more ways to use new Kraft Parmesan Cheese Seasoning Blends.
Patriotic Cake Pops Recipe
With all the ‘rage’ of cake pops lately, I’ve been meaning to make some myself. When I received a chocolate fondue pot to review, I knew this was the perfect time to try them.
After reading, and reading and reading some more about the best way to make them, I consolidated a bunch of recipes and reviews and went to town.
Bugs Your Kids Can Eat!
I’ve always been pretty grossed out by bugs. Even though I don’t even like ladybugs, there is something about them that makes me gently toss them outside when I find them, rather than squish them like I do the other bugs I find!
Raspberry Appletini Mocktail Pops
It’s summer, you’re hot; you want a cocktail but…you’re watching your weight. What’s a girl to do? Well you could whip up a pitcher of the limited-edition Crystal Light Mocktails. Or better yet you could make some Mocktail Pops for an even cooler treat.
Kraft Foods Sandwich Road Trip Winner
About a week and a half ago, I shared with you my Mt. Rushmore Sandwich that will be featured as a part of Kraft Food’s Sandwich Road Trip across America. As part of that I was also able to host a contest for a $100 Amex Gift Card for a reader who entered their favorite sandwich recipe. After moderating and verifying the 413 legitimate entries the winner is . . .

“Take a Sandwich Road Trip with Kraft Foods!”
In July, Kraft Foods will be launching an interactive microsite on www.Outstandwich.com that will act as a virtual trip around the country, as we search of the best regional sandwiches. Some of the sandwiches will be inspired by the Kraft Kitchen Experts, but others are coming straight from bloggers (and I’m sure you’ve seen some posts up for these already) and their readers (hoping I’ve got your attention now!

Beef and Vegetable Pizza
With my having gone to Nebraska earlier in the week, the state which provides the U.S. with 84% of their beef, it’s only natural that we would have consumed a lot of beef while we were there!
At the end of my trip I also received the healthy beef cookbook put out by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the American Dietetic Association. It has over 130 luscious lean beef recipes for every occasion.
