Iced Caramel Coffee Recipe

var fbShare = {size: ‘small’,}

While I was in Alaska – I got the news about the Folgers “What’s Brewing?” event that is happening on Facebook.  I could have used a couple of those new products while I was away…Alaska was beautiful, but it was cold and wet when we were there, and the new Single Serve Packs of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals in individual packets would have been a convenient way to warm up!  The other new product Folgers revealed was the all-in-one Filter Packs.

I may not have had them with me when in Alaska – but there were some samples of these new products waiting for me when I got home, and the only thing better than your own bed after vacation, is drinking your morning coffee in your favorite mug and pjs…at home .  I’m a big fan of the Folgers K-Cups which are an affordable way to enjoy my Keurig brewer, but for those of you that don’t own one of those – you can have the convenience of them in your regular coffee maker with the Folgers Filter Packs…or just your mug with the Single Serve Packs of Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals!

Included in my package was a recipe for Iced Caramel Coffee – using the the Single Serve Packs of Instant Coffee Crystals, it’s a quick (and thrifty!) way to enjoy a coffee shop beverage.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 Folgers Classic Instant Coffee Crystals packet
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel sundae syrup
  • ice cubes
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Pour water over the coffee crystals in an 8-oz. glass. Add the caramel syrup and stir until dissolved.
  2. Stir in milk and ice cubes. Top with whipped cream if desired.
