I don’t sit and dwell on the thought much, but sometimes when I watch t.v., I’ll look at news anchors or actresses and wonder if they’ve had Botox treatments or tummy tucks.

We are very fortunate to have a great vision plan at Hubby’s work.  Insurance covers all the bells and whistles on our lenses, so we always upgrade them to the Transition ones.  Those are the kind where the lenses darken in direct sunlight. 

Notice the direct sunlight part?  They’re great for outside, but not so much for driving.  When you’re inside the vehicle the lenses don’t do “their thing”.  Very frustrating for wearers of eyeglasses. 

When it comes to beverages I have two weaknesses coffee and soda.  I justify my compulsions by drinking my coffee black and drinking diet sodas, hence I am not ingesting any calories.  The coffee I’ve actually been able to get down to 1 or 2 cups a day, but the soda….well let’s just say I know I can do better.
