VeggieTales’ all-new DVD MacLarry and the Stinky Cheese Battle is a great pairing for quality, clean family fun this summer!

It’s hard finding content that is appropriate for all ages, but MacLarry and the Stinky Cheese Battle is great for anyone including your little ones!

A typical trip to the movie theater as a family is usually done for pure entertainment value. The kids want to see the latest animated feature, comic book blockbuster or teen-heartthrob movie. But every once in a while, the producers and writers of movies throw us a curveball as parents and a tough topic comes up in a movie.  

Little Caesars has been voted best value in America for 6 years in a row.  Little Caesars is party headquarters for your summer party, family reunion or just because. And don’t forget to add Crazy Bread, Caesar Wings and Italian Cheese Bread!

We do quite a bit of traveling around here.  I’m kind of proud to consider myself an “expert” packer, which is a handy skill to have especially with airlines charging premium fees to check luggage. 

I was intrigued when I was asked to review EatSmart’s TravelWise 3 Piece Packing Cube Set, a product that would make packing even more convenient is right up my alley.

Getting your clothes clean is time consuming and usually ends up at the bottom of a long list of household chores.  The average family does around 400 loads of laundry each year – which is a whole lot of time spent in the laundry room!  Doing laundry doesn’t have to be at the bottom of your list any longer.  With products like Tide and Maytag, and a functional, well-designed space, you can get clothes clean in one wash and have more time to spend with your family and friends.

Any of you that have moved into a new to you home know that it takes a while to get used to the sounds that it makes.  Our house here in Texas sounds incredibly different inside and out than our last home did.  There are lots of bugs and birds making noises.  We live near the airport so we hear a lot of the planes coming in.  And I’m guessing that because of the hot air outside and the air conditioner cooling the house off, we get a lot of contracting and expanding along our roof line and that makes the oddest sounds, especially when it’s quiet(er) at night.

I’m excited to say that Weight Watchers once again, is pulling through to me.  Standing on my digital scale puts me at a one pound loss.

Now before you go “big deal,” “just one pound,” or “that’s really not impressive,” remember the extenuating circumstances surround my last month.

I am slowly catching up after starting to settle in after our move.  It seems that every time I unpack one box, another one mysteriously appears!  It’s fun and frustrating all at the same time.

A couple of weeks ago I posted about the apparel and accessories from Wallis that I’d want to pack for a desert getaway to the Miraval Spa.  I am actually part of a blogger contest where the winner with the most votes for their picks will win a spa getaway and more.
