We have never seen the Percy Jackson movies or read the books, but my kids love going to the movies!
We haven't seen or read any of the books as my daughter is just approaching the right age, but as a high school English teacher, I've seen many students enjoy the series so I'd love to start my daughter on them.
My son has read the series & loves it! He loved the first movie (I liked it, too!). I don't really have a favorite character (but I did like Percy's girl friend in the movie). My son is so excited to see this new movie!
