I received a complimentary online membership to Weight Watchers 360º. All opinions are my own.
People following the Weight Watchers plan can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
As you may remember about a month ago I started using Weight Watchers online e-tools. If you want to hear how I’m progressing read on:
I’m excited to say that Weight Watchers once again, is pulling through to me. Standing on my digital scale puts me at a one pound loss.
Now before you go “big deal,” “just one pound,” or “that’s really not impressive,” remember the extenuating circumstances surround my last month.
We made a major move AND we didn’t have a home for a week. That meant eating out. A.Lot. Plus I’m already on the tiny side. Sure I have some weight to lose as most of you know the closer you are to your goal weight, the harder and longer it seems to take to drop those last five or six pounds.
How Weight Watchers helped me not just maintain but actually even lose a pound during all my restaurant hopping was through their app which is free to use for paying subscribers.
I could not be more pleased with the way Weight Watchers allowed me to pick healthier items on the menu and plan for the points I was consuming. I know that the only way I managed to not gain weight during this whole ordeal was by sticking tot he daily tracking with the app. After eating out at McDonalds, Applebees, Braums, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A and attending a wedding all in one week (and that’s just for dinners!), it’s unbelievable in mind that I lost weight.
Because I had the app available for tracking I was motivated to exercise too. I took little walks when I could, and I was doing a lot of pacing because we ran into a snag with the closing of our home 😉
I’m excited to see now that we’re settled and I can make real meals again, how much I can lose in this next month. I’m determined to use the routines more often to help get healthier.
One of the routines I added in was to get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. I’ve been doing really well at that this past week, but I think that might have to do with pure exhaustion after this move!)

Keep up the good work.
I know a lot of people who have used Weight Watchers with great success. I would love to lose 20 pounds, but really need to lose 10 more (I've lost about 23 pounds in the last 9 months). Maybe I should try Weight Watchers.
My cousin had GREAT success with WW
I say any loss is good. Congrats, especially for doing it while mostly eating out. That is hard.
I'm glad you've lost some weight and all, but I'm sorry you were doing so much pacing and nail biting this month. So glad that's over!
Weight Watchers has helped a lot of my friends to lose weight. It is such an awesome program!
I like that the routines can be chosen and modified to suit your level and your preferences. I know from personal experience that a move can really bring the stress out, and your life can be temporarily unpredictable, so kudos to you for maintaining your personal goal while you were going through all of this.
A pound loss is a pound gone it is better then gaining! Congrats
@Liz – oh the nail biting continues. If it's not one thing it's another, now the leftover funds from our purchase are missing in cyberbanking world. ….Sigh….
I loved Weight Watchers when I was on it!
Weight Watchers is a really great tool.
I think it's great that you lost a pound after all those restaurant meals. I think I gained a pound just reading the list. Good luck.
We ate out a lot also when me moved and yikes, I wish I would have been tracking calories. That is pretty awesome you lost weight during this time and good job on getting more sleep!
Hey a pound is awesome, congrats! I have heard great things about WW but didn't know they had an app now.
I'm looking into different options for weight loss once I'm done with this pregnancy. I've done WW before, but have a hard time sticking to the plan unless I actually go in for meetings.
One pound is still a loss, and as you mentioned, losing the last few pounds is always insanely difficult!
I would never say a 1 lb loss wasn't impressive, it always is! But it's EXTRA impressive with all you've been through lately!!
congrats to you,,anytime you lose any weight is a plus for you,,
Weight Watcher's is such a great program that can help anyone lose weight. That is so nice that you lost weight even when you were having a week that was busy. That really tells me that Weight Watcher's works. Keep up the good work!
You're doing great! I'm definitely going to have to check out Weight Watchers as I'm so tired of being plus sized.
That's so awesome! WW really helped me lose 7 stubborn pounds before my wedding!
I can't IMAGINE actually losing weight during a move. You go! That's awesome. 🙂
And … welcome to Texas!
I think that is why I am not losing anymore I can't seem to get a full nights sleep. I am always up at 4 am no matter what time I go to bed.
My mom always does well with Weight Watchers. It's good for us routine-oriented people!
