Sip, Savor and See | Messina Hof Grapevine is Now Open!

I’ve blogged before about how much I love the city of Grapevine here in North Texas. If you’ve never been to the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex the cities and towns that surround those two cities just sort of flow into each other. I have the pleasure of living in a neighboring city to Grapevine so Downtown Grapevine is quite close to my home and I frequent it often.
Texas Themed Products for Holiday Gifts

Okay I know there are some of you that still haven’t finished their Christmas shopping (or started for that matter)! I don’t know about you but I really like getting gifts that are tailored to me or have special meaning.
And it’s even more awesome if said gift has a Texas theme to it! Let me tell you – even though I’ve only lived in Texas for 17 months… I should have been born here! Sometimes it’s a little hard for me to come up with gift ideas for my nieces, especially the ones in their teens. But I know I can always get them a t-shirt or a tote bag and they will love it.
Pay It Forward With Taco Cabana
Giving is better than receiving, right?! Well Taco Cabana thinks so! And in the spirit of the holiday season they are giving out some Be Our Guest cards for a free meal up to $5.99!
They sent some my way (thank you, Taco Cabana!!) so my hubby and I can grab some lunch one day, and they’re offering 5 of my readers the chance to win (2) Be Our Guest cards as well, so you and someone you care for can have a meal on them! How awesome is that?!

Thanksgiving Treat Tag Printables

By the time November rolls around, if you’re like me, you’re wishing time would stop for a couple of hours each day so that you can get everything done. When my daughter was younger I had the best intentions to thank the people that were teaching her and keeping her safe with baked goodies…but usually it never happened. Then I told myself…it’s okay to cheat! And by cheat I mean pick up some treats at the grocery store bakery.

Whether you eat out once a month or once a week, everyone likes to score a deal. Well what if you could get deals like that for free and with every one you redeem you could also feed a person in need? Sound to good to be true? Well it isn’t. TangoTab is an iOS and Android app that lets you do just that!

This is My Tribe, These are My People – Dallas Area Bloggers
When we moved to the Dallas area in 2013, I had a group of friends already established. They weren’t people I had already met ‘physically,’ they were just women (and a guy!) that I had interacted with and got to know online. They were the ‘friends that lived in my computer,’ and they totally ‘got’ me…because they were all bloggers too.
I don’t have a lot of time to read blogs any more like I used to, but when I do, these are most of the ones I frequent these days. They are full of resources and stories and we make up a community like no other we Texans!
TangoTab App | When You Eat Out, You Help Provide a Meal
You know with the holidays approaching quickly food is on my mind (well okay, food is always on my mind, but at this time of the year even more so!). I’m thinking about what I’m planning to prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas. My birthday is coming up, and then sometimes we’re so busy I just don’t want to cook, and so on those occasions I’m thinking about where we’ll be eating out. But there are too many people that don’t have the luxury to think of either of those things. They are just concerned about where and how their family will get their next meal. That is why I am pleased to partner with TangoTab for today’s post.
