Dane-Elec Introduces Marvel’s The Avengers USB Drives and USB Hub

It usually takes our family a couple of weeks to see a movie in the theater, if we go see it in the theater at all. Generally we wait the three or four months until it the movie is released on DVD, since it’s more economical for the three of us to see it that way, plus with the 3D TV at home we’re not missing much at all at the movie theater. That being said, we figured The Avengers must be worth doling the cash out since the rest of the world is speaking with their wallets, so earlier this past week we gave up daughter’s college savings, grudgingly parted with our money at the movie theater.

Disappearing Disney Classics

The 411 on the Disney Vault….

If you haven’t already realized some of Disney’s animated movies are only available to purchase for a limited time. Then they are “put in the vault”, which means that you can’t buy them in retail stores for purchase until Disney once again liberates them from the confines of the vault, usually so another generation can enjoy them!

New PixiGlow Makeup Line

Anyone who knows me knows I love Disney, and if I had to compare myself to any Disney character it would be Tinker Bell. Tiny and sassy, we’re two of a kind!

I’m not a big cosmetics wearer, at least not for everyday wear. So when I do wear cosmetics, I do subtle, and the new PixiGlow line inspired by Tinker Bell by Pixi Cosmetics is right up my alley.

The Muppets on Blu-ray & DVD 3/20 and Give Away!

I got an advanced copy of The Muppets Wocka Wocka Value Pack to check out with my family thanks to Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. Of course, considering all three off us in our family are huge Disney fans we were thrilled to be able to do a review on this.

The Muppets Wocka Wocka Value Pack has three discs (Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Copy) as well as a Soundtrack Download Card. It retails for $49.99 but you know pre-orders on Amazon are always a good deal (wink) – and usually the first week of release many retailers are featuring the DVDs on sale – PLUS there is this great coupon you can use for a limited time for an additional

Marvel’s The Avengers

It looks like we’re going to be headed to the theaters a lot this year! On our list of movies to see are John Carter, The Hunger Games, Mirror Mirror and Marvel’s The Avengers.

I’m looking forward to The Avengers quite honestly because I like me some Robert Downey Jr. … But really Captain America, Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Hawkeye and Black Widow all in one movie – now that’s action packed!

Disney’s Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother Crib Toy Vlog

Certain products just don’t do well to written reviews. You have to ‘see’ the product in action to truly get a feel for if you’d consider purchasing it …or not.

Last week, I got a Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother Crib Toy in the mail for review. Which I think would be a fantastic gift to give to a new mom or add to your registry.

Lady and the Tramp Blu-ray and Plush Set Give Away

February 7th marked the day that Disney’s classic animated feature “Lady and the Tramp” was released on Blu-ray for the first time ever.

Lady and the Tramp brings back so many memories of my childhood.    From what I can remember I was obsessed with “The Siamese Cat Song”.  I had a read-a-long story book on a record (yes I’m dating myself!).  My mom was likely tired of moving the arm every time it was over to start it again for me.

Treasure Buddies BD/DVD – Review

The younger ones that watch movies in our home are always excited when there is a new Buddies movie released.

Treasure Buddies is the latest one and they laugh all the way through it, every time they watch it (I think it’s been watched six times now!). They keep begging to put it on because they love the talking dogs. And as a caregiver I like that Treasure Buddies is family friendly and it’s suitable for a wide range of ages.
