An Amazing Pile of Ice
So I know I have some online readers who have been waiting to hear about my trip to Alaska, and some real life friends, who apparently would rather see them on my blog than come to my home and see the pictures I took (you know who you are…).
Your Kids Will Enjoy Watching “Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension”
Phineas and Ferb is one of the funniest television shows that airs on the Disney Channel. What I love most about it is that is a show that kids of all ages adore. My 1 1/2 and 4 year old nephews are completely entertained by it, and when we were visiting in April at my sister’s home, the younger one snuggled right up to my 15 year old, and they all sat and watched it together! They all think Phineas and Ferb is super.
Counting Down to Alaska
I’m so excited – we’re officially counting down the days to our Alaskan Cruise on the Disney Wonder. Less than 3 months to go!!
While we always enjoy our cruises this one will be a bit more special than a few of our other ones. Since the ship is porting out of Vancouver, British Columbia we’re flying in a few days earlier to spend some time with relatives.
FIRST Wild Card Tour: The Key to the Kingdom
Grayson Hawkes learns how imaginative and elaborate Walt Disney World is when he accepts an invitation from a trusted friend landing him in a world he never knew existed. Suddenly unraveling a perplexing puzzle and trying to solve a mysterious disappearance, Hawkes navigates through the kingdom where knowledge of seemingly unimportant Disney facts and some divine help are the only way he can discover the answers and get out. In this world Disney trivia is no game…And the ancient key is the only way out.
Soon the lines between right and wrong begin to blur, and telling the difference between real and unreal become nearly impossible. Loyalty to faith, family and friends are stretched to the extreme in the pulse quickening adventure through a magical place where dreams really do come true.
GNOMEO & JULIET Activities!
Disney’s Touchstone Pictures division has a new movie premiering February 11th, Gnomeo & Juliet. If you went to see Tangled or Tron in the theaters, you likely saw a preview for it.
I have a few fun activities that your kids can do as they wait for the movie to come out.
One fun idea for kids could be to make their own Gnome hats!

Checks In The Mail
None of us like doing it, but the bills need to be paid every month. For those of you who don’t use online banking, or have don’t have that option to pay the bill, it might be easier to give someone else your money by using personal checks that echo your passions.
Checks In The Mail has checks for everyone. They contain images from Charitable organizations to Animated/Pop Icons, and everything in between.
