Fellowes POWERSHRED 63Cb Review – sponsored #MC
It’s been nearly 4 months since we’ve moved and I cannot believe the amount of papers and documents we already have cluttering up our office space. You know all those HIPPA forms from all the new doctors and dentists, the supplemental forms we needed for our mortgage, and of course I’m always getting papers and contracts for my blog. We have a pretty good file organization system but I’ll tell you a little secret …we’re kind of paperwork pack rats. Meaning we keep papers way longer than we need to.

Everbuying.com Review ~ Shoulder Bag and Wallet
Without a doubt, the biggest shopping day of the year is coming up. Black Friday. I usually skip out (at least the really early morning sales), but this year my parents are visiting for Thanksgiving and I’m pretty sure my mom will want to scoop up some bargains, at least in the afternoon. I prefer to buy the gifts for Christmas online though, and Everbuying.com is a great place to shop.
Tasting Room by Lot18
During the holiday season I enjoy serving wine to my guests. However, I am anything but a wine coinesseur. Which is fine when I’m choosing something for just myself, or for me and my mom or my sister. Truthfully, I don’t even really know ‘what I like‘ when it comes to wine. By that I mean, I don’t know if I like a Riesling over a Chardonnay or a Merlot over a Shiraz.

Aquavista – Add Life to Art

We’re not big pet lovers around here. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t mind animals, or other people’s pets, we just don’t want the responsibility of having one of our own. We forayed into being ‘pet’ owners once when our daughter came home from a school carnival with a goldfish. We figured that was a pet we could handle, and we all actually enjoyed watching it swim around its bowl.
Operation Christmas Child 2013 – #ShoeboxSi
I don’t know if you remember, but last year I posted a short video on packing a Shoebox for Operation Christmas Child. This is something we’ve done for many years with our daughter from when she was just a little girl as part of our Christmas preparations. Over the years, OCC has been able to send 100 million gifts to children all over the world.
This year, they hope to send 9.8 million shoebox gifts to children in need.
Good news. Great joy.
The Snowman and The Snowdog DVD
The Snowman and The Snowdog, is a great addition to your holiday DVD library.
It is the brand new and charming sequel to the Christmas classic, The Snowman. When a young boy an dhis mother move to a new home, the boy discovers a secret box hidden under the floorboards of his bedroom. In the box, he finds a hat, scarf, some lumps of coal and a shriveled tangerine – it’s a snowman-making kit! Later that day it starts to snow.
