The taste was great, the sauce and filling flavorful and they were stuffed full. It was an enjoyable meal, and as I ate it on my own, it provided me with two meals. I wrapped up half after it had cooled and then had lunch the next day too. I’m hoping to try the Chicken Quesadillas or the Chicken Fajitas next.

I tried the quesadillas these other night; they were pretty good.
I've never seen these, but we're big Mexican food lovers, so I'll have to keep an eye out for them.
We definitely need to keep some of these on hand – two servings of an entreé like this ends up being enough for me and my husband with a little left over for our son.
