A while ago I did a review on Denby’s Large Oblong Dish.  This has been a piece that gets used in my home all.the.time.  Due to its “EasyClean” surface, Denby has become a company that I’m saving my $$ toward, so I can replace all the baking dishes in my home with them.  (Certain pieces have made it to my birthday list!)
