These days nearly everyone has hand sanitizer in their bags, on their office desks, and in their cars, since it’s an easy and portable method in preventing the spread of germs.

I personally never leave home without a bottle of hand sanitizer on me, I have those small bottles that are convenient enough to toss in my pocket.  While we marvel at them for their ease of use, there are some dangers to hand sanitizers and some potential risks as well.

The reason why hand sanitizers are effective is because they contain alcohol and/or toxic chemicals, and if used improperly can be dangerous.

During the early weeks of January, we find ourselves thinking about New Year’s resolutions.
