How to Make a Candy Countdown Calendar – #MMsGetCorny

Our Adventure is Over – Our Luggage Survived! – #BRXtravelgear
I find it hard to believe that I’ve been home for a week from our adventure travels to Alaska. Remember last month I wrote a post about the BRX Travel Gear that I purchased for our trip?
Adventure Gear for Adventure Travels – #BRXtravelgear
I’m so excited – my trip is coming up soon, and I already started my packing list. But in order to pack I need something to pack all my stuff IN! Because we’re not just heading to Alaska, but also spending some time in Vancouver, BC with family for a few days prior to our trip, taking only carry-on luggage for our trip isn’t going to work. But with only one large old suitcase to pack things in, what’s a family to do?
Sundae Bar – #theicecreamsocial
Anyone who has read my blog on a regular basis knows that I love ice cream. In a bowl, cone, on a stick you name it I’ll eat it. Any flavor , single, mixed (except Tiger Tiger…) I’ll try it and usually like it. Low fat, high fat, premium, sorbet…I’m just an ice cream lover.
Back to School #WithPurpose and DaySpring
Being homeschoolers, we’re able to take full advantage of purchasing our school supplies on clearance, since we don’t have to worry about having a backpack full of supplies for the “First Day of School”.
I remember when Amber attended public school, there were students who came with empty backpacks or the very barest of essential supplies. Some with just a shopping bag to tote their few pencils in. Attitude has a lot to do with achieving academically, and feeling embarrassed or of less worth because of economic hardship, is not something a child should need to deal with.
