The Beginning of a New Oral Health Care Regimen

It’s kind of a Crest/Oral Health Care themed day on my blog!

Visiting the dentist twice a year, flossing and brushing teeth are all a regular part of our oral health care regimen around here.  And up until just recently I thought that was good enough.  I mean really what else can you do?

I haven’t ever really struggled with horrible morning breath (I can probably down a large animal after a few cups of coffee however…), so never really have been big on the whole “mouth wash” thing.  Little did I know that not all of the rinses were for freshening breath only.

The new Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse has other reasons to use it besides freshening breath.  As part of a total oral health care regimen it also:

  • Rebuilds Teeth Enamel
  • Cleans Teeth and Gums
  • Helps Prevent Cavities

So I’ve become a card carrying member of the Mom Central Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive group (no, we didn’t actually get i.d. cards…).  I’m going to use it everyday in the evening before bed for a couple of weeks and then let you know how I liked it and if I saw any difference by using it regularly.

I’m hoping that it will make a difference because all though I’m pretty obsessive about cleaning my teeth, that doesn’t mean I like going to to the dentist for scalings!

“I wrote this review while participating in a test drive campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Crest and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.”
