CHOCOLATE…Donuts…Romance…MORE Chocolate! Yummy Ideas (& Giveaway) for Valentine’s Day

Are you looking for an easy to whip up Valentine’s Day dessert?  Schwan’s Home Service, America’s largest direct-to-home food delivery business has some wonderful easy options.

But putting a few of their separate items together to create a Raspberry Rumble Parfait is great, not just for Valentine’s Day but for anytime of the year.  I made this dessert this past Friday, and our guests and my husband and I ate it all up.  If you enjoy the great taste of chocolate and berries then grab these items and make this chocolatey berry dessert.

For this dessert you will need:

1 carton of Schwan’s Raspberry Rumble Ice Cream
1 box (4 servings) of Schwan’s Microwave Brownies
1 bag of Schwan’s Triple Berry Blend (thawed)

First grab your brownies and one at a time, just pop them into the microwave according to the instructions.  (Yep microwavable, how easy is that?). 

Once your brownie is ready (in under a minute!), let it sit for about a minute, and then you can cut it into cubes (about 9 to 12 pieces)

In a tall glass – place a scoop of the Raspberry Rumble Ice Cream, then half of your brownie cubes, and then some berries, and repeat the layers.  Finish with whipped cream and some berries on top.

Now, of course I forgot to take pictures of the dessert when I made it, I was trying to make sure the ice cream didn’t melt on the warm brownies!

But…the next day I indulged in the Raspberry Ice Cream and Triple Berry Blend and you can see how delicious they look.

The ice cream is premium, and has little chocolate covered raspberry bits in it…mmmmm.  And the berries are so good, plump and great tasting.

This dessert is perfect for Valentine’s Day.  If you are short on time and looking for an easy dessert to make go with this.  If these flavors tantilize your taste buds, you and your Valentine will be very pleased with this.  At just over $3.00 a serving it’s restaurant quality, at an affordable price.
