Enjoy Life Foods – Soft Baked Cookies

Enjoy Life Foods‘ mission is to make delicious products that just about everyone can EAT FREELY.  As such, all of their products are gluten-free and allergy-friendly.

All of their products are free of the top 8 allergens: wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish and most of their products are free of: potatoes, sesame, sulfites and casein.

Add to that the fact that they are Kosher-certified and Halal-certified, and you can be confident that almost everyone you know can be eating the foods that Enjoy Life Foods makes with no risk of contamination or to their health.

I’ve had the chance to try a couple of Enjoy Life Foods’ products in the past, and this time I got to try their Soft Baked Cookies.

These cookies really are as soft as fresh baked and full of flavor.  They come in seven varieties, Lively Lemon, Snickerdoodle, Double Chocolate Brownie, Chewy Chocolate Chip, No-oats “Oatmeal”, Gingerbread Spice and Happy Apple.

These little cookies have become my new favorite!  They are absolutely delicious, incredibly soft (they even stay soft after the package has been opened) – AND – I can feel safe knowing that no matter who visits my home, I can serve them.

Enjoy Life Foods is a company that is aptly named; their products really let you enjoy both life and enjoy foods if you or someone you love needs to follow dietary restrictions.
