It has just come to my attention that Krispy Kreme has added a Cookies & Kreme™ Doughnut and Chiller, both made with real OREO® Cookie pieces.

And that would make me really sad since the Krispy Kreme here in my city closed down a couple of years ago, except that Kraft Brands decided that I was worthy enough to try out a few of their new Oreo products, including the Oreo Brownies and the Oreo Fudge Creme cookies.

Stuffing.  Comfort food at its finest.  It’s one of the reasons I so look forward to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter gatherings.  Because what’s turkey without the stuffing.  Am I right?

credit TheImpulsiveBuyLast week when we were leaving for our jaunt up north, my husband forgot to wake me when he said he would.  He goes to Biblestudy at church on Thursday mornings and I told him the night before to wake me when he left, as I had things on the computer to do and towels I wanted to fold before we left for the weekend.

I got a gift card in the mail a couple of weeks ago from Burger King to try their NEW Chicken Tenders.  As part of a ‘viral’ blogging campaign, bloggers were given an opportunity to try Burger King’s “Tender 8” (8 piece chicken tenders), by sharing Burger King Gift Cards with fellow bloggers and readers.  My blogging friend Jacqueline from Blessings Abound Mommy referred me to be a part of her “Tender 8”.

Schoolyard collectible craze.  Every decade has them; marbles, stickers, POGs, Silly Bands – we’ve either heard about them, or particpated in the exchanges ourselves.  The newest one on the pavement is Gomu – collectible erasers.

I really don’t like shaving. I’ve tried alternatives, waxing, threading, but ugh… those are all too painful for me. Sigh, so shaving it is.

I recently was sent Epil-X Mousse (As Seen on TV), in the strawberry scent. It’s billed as the quick and easy alternative to shaving. Just spray only 7 minutes and wipe away.

We eat out very rarely, and I make 99% of the meals in our home. My husband can make toast,eggs and a mean pan of tater tots. Call me crazy, but sometimes I get tired of being the head cook at our house.

My friend recently shared that her parents have a home meal delivery service deliver dinner to them for three nights a week. What a concept!

Take a look around you. Chances are, you’re sitting at your desk, or whatever desk-substitute you have. And chances are, it’s a mess.

What’s it going to take to free you from the mess?
A better filing system?
A bigger trash can?
A shovel?

This is a topic that many people fail to address, but I was steeped in at a very young age and then for most of my life. It sounds funny to state that but it’s true.

See my mom works at a funeral home and she has since I was about five years old. Stories about people dying young and leaving a family behind wasn’t uncommon to hear in our home.
