Ultimate Party Meatballs
Our daughter loves meatballs. It’s one of her favorite foods to eat. Maybe because they’re a “mini” food, I don’t know but if meatballs are on the menu, she’s a happy girl. Last May when her BFF graduated from high school, at her open house party there was a slow cooker full of meatballs. Amber was in heaven, as a matter of fact she was talking about those meatballs all summer (yeah, she needs some more extra curricular activities apparently).
CAT Motorized Job Site Machine & Road Rippers – Gift Guide Picks
Little boys, big boys doesn’t matter their age; if it makes noise, lights up and goes vroom, they love it …. right?! And I have no doubt that if the little boy in your life loves vehicles, CAT Motorized Job Site Machine toys will be a hit under the tree this year.
I got to review the Dump Truck, suitable for children ages 3 and up. You see all the buttons in the middle? Well that’s what makes this Dump Truck make noise, flash lights and go vroom!
Disney’s Jake and the Never Land Pirates
Last month I was alerted to the fact that Disney’s Jake and the Never Land Pirates was a ‘cool’ show on Disney Jr. This in fact came from an expert on the subject matter, a 5 year old boy. And he should know because Jake and the Never Land Pirates is cable’s #1 series for boys ages 2-5 since its launch. I know my daughter would have loved this show when she was in pre-school, she was (and still is actually!) obsessed with pirates, I can’t even remember how many times we went on the Peter Pan ride in Disneyland when she was 3!

Learn About Science While Having a Spa Day
Earlier this week Team Mom sent us a Scientific Explorer Kit. Scientific Explorer has a number of Spa Kits that allow girls to make a beauty item while they learn about chemistry, physiology and physics. The kit we received to review was the Bath Fizzer Kit.
A spa kit doesn’t always have to be “girlie” either, so if your daughter is a tomboy, she still may enjoy it because you can get a little messy while making the items.
