As many of you know we just celebrated our daughter’s high school graduation this past spring.  Her junior & senior years of high school were some what stressful for our family because of our circumstances of selling our home in South Dakota and moving our family to Texas. that decision was partially because of our daughter’s choice of the university she wanted to attend.  Neither my husband or I did our higher education in the United States and since Amber has been homeschooled since seventh grade, the whole college application and admissions process was slightly overwhelming for our family.

While Kaplan’s SAT Test Prep sounds like an awesome course, I’m sure some of you are curious if it actually helps to improve scores. Well, from personal experience I can say that it definitely does. I’m aiming to get the National Merit Scholarship, so getting a good score on the PSAT and SAT alike is a necessity. I’ve been using the Kaptest program as a way to do in depth study before Test Day comes around.

After you’ve begun studying Kaplan’s methods for solving test questions, you may wonder if you can test these skills before the real test day. Well not to worry! Kaplan has you covered there too, with four different practice SAT tests. Spacing these practice tests out during the time you plan to study is a surefire way to see if your methods and answers have improved!
