Summer Fun for Your Entertaining Needs at Target

I can not believe it is July already! The summer is already flying by. We’ve been busy already with entertaining and it looks like we’ll be gearing up to do so again before too long. I’d rather prep for guests with food and décor, enjoy their company and the food stuffs, and then when it’s all done…have easy clean up. This past weekend we hosted my sister and her family. We got to use some great dinnerware from Target while entertaining and eating, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Target is the place to get everything you need to entertain during the summer season (if you don’t believe me, I should scan in a copy of my Target Visa card…lol). I ♥ ♥ ♥ their seasonal melamine dish sets because they are so colorful and the bold graphics are FUN!

 

Strawberry Melamine Dinnerware:
Plates ($1.99 each) – Perfect for sandwiches or wraps, indoors or out, the strawberry graphic makes these cheery to eat off of!

Or how about eating some strawberries off your big bold strawberry plate? We enjoyed a breakfast of pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream and the plates only added to the ambience!

Salad Plates ($1.79 each) – Whether it’s salads or desserts these a great size for those little things that you don’t have room for on your dinner plate…or to hold a sweet treat, or catch some drips!

Other Items:
Bamboo serving utensils ($7.99), Salad bowl with a bamboo lid ($11.99).  You can see both of those in the first photo plus there are acrylic drinking tumblers ($1.99 each) screened with strawberries (bring on the strawberry lemonade I say!).

Target has a fun “Summer-izer” Facebook application, that lets you and your kids add “Big Honkin’ Summer” icons to your pictures and then share them with your family and friends online and you can even print them at your local Target Photo Center!

Between that app and the colorful summer merchandise that you’ll find in the store, Target is helping you make everyday moments more memorable.
