SONIC & Scholastic Team Up for Reading Fun in Wacky Pack Meals – Giveaway

I don’t know about you but over the years I’ve often been swayed by our daughter to eat at a particular restaurant because of what’s included in the kids meal that particular month. 

The power of persuasion and the lure of not having to cook often won me over, but really a lot of the toys had about 5 minutes of attention appeal or were lost or broken within days.  That’s why as a parent I really appreciate the fact that SONIC has teamed up with Scholastic once again and until February 17th are offering four limited-edition Discover More™ Scholastic Books in their children’s Wacky Pack meals. 

Each Wacky Pack comes with a hard copy version of the book and a free compainon digital book with bonus features.  I’d love to show you a photo of the hard copy, but unfortunately the SONIC we went to had a surplus of other Scholastic I Spy materials which they were still including with the Wacky Packs when we were there.

The books available are Dinosaurs, Bugs, Ocean & Sea and Night Sky.  And here’s the type of awesomeness you’ll get with the digital companion code.

This particular one has 91 pages full of facts, videos, photos, definitions, diagrams and more.

I think that’s more than enough of a reason to take the kids to SONIC, the grilled cheese and tater tots are just a bonus at that point 😉
