Since we homeschool I typically don’t have anywhere to go in the mornings. But there are days that get pretty crazy – when I’m out of the house first thing and not back until just before dinner. Those are the days I need something quick and simple to start my metabolism going and keep me full for a number of hours.
On a normal day, I might have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, complete with my cup of coffee and perhaps a piece of fruit. Now I know that I should get some protein in at breakfast, but sometimes I find that difficult.
Silk Fruit & Protein, has solved both those problems!
This my readers, is the key to adding a bit more protein to your diet, in an easy, delicious, and nutritious way.
Silk Fruit & Protein has 5 grams of protein per 1 cup serving. It is also an excellent source of Calcium and Vitamin D & Vitamin C. You need to experience this yourself, but let me
try and describe it to you. I associated the taste and texture to a light smoothie.
It comes in three flavors, Mixed Berry, Strawberry Banana and Mango Peach.

It won’t last long in your fridge, and I’m not referring to the expiration date, I don’t think it will get a chance to hit the date – a quart container didn’t last two days in our home. I kid you not.
I’ve been having the occasional glass of Silk Fruit & Protein in the evening when the “munchies” hit me. It’s helped curb the cravings to snack!
*I was sent coupons to sample this new Silk product, opinions are my own, factual information was supplied by Silk.
