It’s been over a week that I got home from Kentucky, and I think for the first time since then I’ve finally been able to take a moment to just slow things down and breathe.

The other day I had a Biscotti Moment. I took some time out of my day and just sat down with a glass of iced tea, a few Nonni’s Biscotti (my favorite were the Almond Dark Chocolate variety) and pictures from our Transatlantic Cruise.

I had actually for the first time a couple of week’s ago, seen the Nonni’s Biscotti Bites on the store shelves when my mom came to visit and we went shopping. I had a package in my hand, and then ended up putting it back because I wasn’t buying anything else and the lines were really long. But I know now they’re definitely worth getting!
