Lemon Herb French Style Green Beans

I am part of the eMeals Blogger Network and get meal planning menus at no cost to myself so I can share about it with you if I like.  Affiliate links are used in this post.

I know some of my readers have large(r) families and do more frequent bulk shopping than I might. I like shopping at warehouse clubs though and we go about once a month even if we don’t buy a lot.

I love the fact that eMeals has now added a Costco Family Meal Plan to their many choices.
With this plan you get easy-cook, Costco-based dinner recipes & shopping lists delivered to your inbox every 2 weeks.

The eMeals Costco Plan offers an easier way to make bulk shopping and promotions work for your family. The Costco plan is only delivered once every two weeks to help you get the most out of buying in bulk. With delicious recipes including Pesto Chicken, Roast Pork & Gravy and Barbecue Meatballs to Cheesy Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken and Mozzarella Ravioli and Deep-Dish Pizza, you are sure to please your family with delicious, easy meals. You can view a sample plan here. Here are some green beans that I adapted using a recipe from an eMeals Costco Plan side as inspiration.

Lemon Herb French Style Green Beans

2 15 oz cans of French Style Green Beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
Mrs. Dash Table Blend spice (or any herb spice blend of your choice)
Lemon juice to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain green beans and pat dry with paper towel to get as much moisture off as you can. Drizzle olive oil over beans; add Mrs. Dash to taste and toss to combine. Spread beans on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes until beans are heated through. Remove from oven, squeeze lemon juice over beans to taste, toss and serve.

Do you do a lot of bulk shopping?  Do you shop at Costco?  What are your favorite meals to make using ingredients purchased from Costco?
