Most families designate one day on Easter weekend to get together, celebrate, hide and find eggs and eat.  We don’t always have that luxury living in a different country from our families, but some years we’ve been fortunate enough to have my parents come visit us for the holiday.

On those occasions, I prefer to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible, so that I have more time to create memories with my Mom and Dad and watch them enjoy our daughter.  So I generally ‘farm’ out my Easter Desserts and get them pre-made from a trusted source.
