GIVEAWAY: Breyers Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream Bars & Sandwiches

Ice Cream has got to be hands down one of the best foods ever invented.  I ♥ it.  Now that we just purchased a 12.1 cubic foot freezer, I have even more room to stock up on it!  It’s like every other week I see a new kind I want to try.  There are just so many to choose from.

Well, Mom Central bailed me out from decision making this week, because they sent me coupons on behalf of Breyers to try out the Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream Bars & Sandwiches.  Well okay they only sort of narrowed my choice down to the brand.  I still had to pick one of the six varieties available.

So there I am standing in the freezer aisle of Target playing ‘Eenie, Meenie, Meinie, Mo’.  Picking just one was not any easy task.  But I finally decided and quickly headed away from the goods in case I changed my mind!  So what’s so special about these you ask?

Imagine cookie dough bliss at just 160 calories and 4 grams of fat.  No artificial flavors or colors.  6 novelties in a box.  Extra creamy cookie dough flavored light ice cream with cookie dough bits sandwiched between two melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies.  (Hey stop drooling on your keyboard!)

So being as nice as I am, I did share these with my family.  They ranted, they raved.  I’ll now have to find a hiding place behind the green vegetables so they don’t eat the rest.  Otherwise, I’m quite positive all I’ll find next time I want one is an empty box.   That would be sad.

So we tried the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sandwiches, but I’m quite certain these other flavors will all  make an appearance in my freezer at some time.

• Triple Chocolate Chip Bars
• Vanilla Caramel Chip Bars
• Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bars
• Vanilla Fudge Brownie Sandwiches
• Chocolate Caramel Brownie Sandwiches

I’m sure they’re all just as delicious too.  For those counting calories and fat the upper level of each of those in any of these products is 160 calories and 6 grams of fat (you WW point counters that’s just 3 or 4 points for an indulgent treat!).
