Dunkin Donuts Bakery Series Coffee – #DunkinAtHome

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Dunkin’ Donuts. I received product samples to facilitate my In-Home party as well as a promotional item to thank me for participating.

You all know that I am a coffee fiend.  Urban dictionary describes the word fiend as: A man who craves a certain substance.  Yes, yes that would be me in regards to coffee.  Any excuse to have a party featuring coffee and I’m throwing it.  Which is what I did last week with some local blogging friends thanks to #DunkinAtHome and their Bakery Series Coffee and a great iced coffee recipe from Hungry Girl.  For many of them it was their first week of ‘back to school’ so that meant they had some free time with the kids gone for the day.  We were eager to get together so we could spend some time sharing with each other about our blogs and brainstorming about the upcoming months on how we could work together to achieve our goals for them.

Dunkin Donuts helped me throw the party with an entire assortment of their Bakery Series ground coffee (available for purchase at grocery stores), some decorations, mugs and a lot of inspiration with their orange and pink colors and Hungry Girl recipes.

Flavors like Old Fashioned Donut, Jelly Roll, Blueberry Muffin, Cinnamon Coffee Roll, Chocolate Glazed Donut and Caramel Coffee Cake, had us drooling just from the scent of opening the bags!

With the bakery flavor dunked in, only Dunkin’ Donuts gives coffee fans so many favorite bake shop coffee flavors to enjoy at home – pastry not included!  Unless of course you come to my house…and then I may include a few 🙂

On a hot Texas day cooling off with this Chocolate Cinnamon Coffee Malt from Hungry Girl saved some of us from melting!

Here’s a SUPER-CUTE HG video featuring this recipe!

Chocolate Cinnamon Coffee Malt

Entire recipe: 100 calories, 4g fat, 52mg sodium, 15.5g carbs, 1g fiber, 10g sugars, 2g protein

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes or less
Chill: 1 hour

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbp. malted milk powder (for an extra chocolate punch I used chocolate flavored)
2 tsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet no-calorie sweetener
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. fresh-brewed Dunkin Donuts® Cinnamon Coffee Roll coffee

Directions:
In a microwave-safe mug, combine malted milk powder, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sweetener, and cinnamon.

Add 1 oz. (2 tbsp.) hot water, and microwave for 1 minute, or until chips have melted.  Mix vigorously until uniform.

Add coffee, stir well, and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Stir well, transfer to a tall glass filled with crushed ice, and enjoy!

MAKES 1 SERVING

I’m going to tell you the biggest hits at the party were the Chocolate Glazed Donut and the NEW Cinnamon Coffee Roll Flavored Coffee (which happens to be the latest addition to the Dunkin’ Donuts Bakery Series®).

The whole pot of the Chocolate Glazed Donut I made was finished to the last drop, so the consensus was that this was one delicious brew.  The variety of flavors was the center of conversation for a while, especially the unique Jelly Donut variety.

I actually had the party at the end of August so to say farewell to National Coffee Month (which was August in case you didn’t know) and to get my guests taste buds itching for more of the Dunkin’ Donuts Bakery Series® Coffee come September 29th (which is National Coffee Day – write that down and brew a cup to virtually drink with me that day!) – I sent them all home with a gift from #DunkinAtHome.  A bag of the Cinnamon Roll Flavored Coffee and the Dunkin’ Donuts mug they used at the party.

Many thanks to my friend Amy from Pounds4Pennies.com, who is not at all camera shy and made her way into all the pictures 🙂

  1. Love their donuts but I am not a fan of flavored coffees. I do love flavored creamers though.

  2. I recently tried Dunkin Donuts coffee for the first time in years and was so pleasantly surprised. These special bakery blends look scrumptious!
