Well I haven’t had a chance to blog as much about TNT’s Dallas as I’d like to have the past number of weeks, but as I watched Wednesday’s episode on the DVR last night, I knew I had to talk about it.
So far my favorite ‘plot line’ in the series is the one between Christopher and Rebecca. I had an overwhelming sense that she was an imposter right from the start, but I was not prepared that she would be exposed so early in the series. It won’t be much of a surprise when her brother Tommy comes back to mess things up between what looks like the reconciliation between her and Christopher.
John Ross is now facing a daunting situation, I look forward to seeing how the Ewing’s are going to get him cleared of Veronica/Marta’s murder, given that you know he isn’t going to hang for it. John Ross has the oddest combination of traits, one minute you hate him, one minute you love him, and then you love to hate him again!
Annie is a little harder to wrap your mind around. Her character supposes years of solid marriage to Bobby. But her timid nature and fear around Ryland, assure you that there is far more to her story than you believe there to be. And I’m shocked Bobby didn’t examine what was in that envelope, he might regret that.
