There are SO many things you can do with crescent roll dough and during the last 12 weeks when we were encouraged to stay at home, I’ve tried quite a few recipes out using it. Here are some quick and easy Cheese Puff Appetizers that you can serve as a supper-worthy snack to your clan.
Cheese Puff Appetizers
Ingredients
- Crescent Roll Dough
- Flavored Cream Cheese Spread (I used garlic & herb flavored cream cheese but you can use whatever flavor you like)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out dough and cut into 2 inch squares. In the center of each square put about 1 tbsp (14 grams) of cream cheese.
Wrap the dough around the cream cheese, folding each side into the center and pinch to seal at the top.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the dough is golden. Cool slightly and then eat or they can be served cold later.
I’m not sure how well they last covered or in the fridge as we’ve never had any left to keep 🙂
