Without even knowing it before I started it’s almost as if this diet was tailor made for me, because some of the benefits of it are tied to Intermittent Fasting, which is an easy protocol to follow when one eats from dinner hour onward. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.
