Antonio Busiello – Energizer 2010 Ultimate Photo Contest Winner

In case you weren’t aware Kraft brought Mac and Cheese to a whole new level with their Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese.  And now they have a new flavor too – Creamy Parmesan Alfredo.

My family has been eating the Homestyle Macaroni and Cheese exclusively since we were able to host a House Party for it – we got in the mood by wearing matching t-shirts and socks!

Last year I had an opportunity to try the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu line that you can get in your local grocer’s freezer case.  We loved the Beef with Broccoli and it since has become a frequent purchase when we go grocery shopping.

What I really like about it is when Amber goes to an event or a friend’s house for the evening it’s a relatively inexpensive (about $7.00 at my store) ‘date night’ for Hubby and I.  No driving to a restaurant, but still restaurant quality food.

I don’t qualify for “Fun Mom of the Year” most days, but the fact that I do play games with my daughter puts me in the ‘cool zone’ at least at that those times.  Hershey’s is partnering with parenting expert Deb Geigis Berry with some tips for planning a family game night.  I’ve included a few of them below.

When I started blogging three years ago, I had no idea that I would be where I am today.  Besides allowing me to try new products and earn a bit of income, I have had opportunities to work with and give to charities because of it, as well as meet new friends.

I am not an expert gardner.  I have never grown anything in a garden, although I enjoy consuming produce from other people’s gardens! 

Many people who start gardens, start with a small plot, which makes sense I guess if one has never gardened before.  I presume that it can be a daunting task to begin one.  Interestingly enough though, you don’t have to have a large yard to have a garden, or so I’ve been told from someone living in Apartments in San Antonio TX.
