Five Fabulous Bloggers to Visit

When I started blogging three years ago, I had no idea that I would be where I am today.  Besides allowing me to try new products and earn a bit of income, I have had opportunities to work with and give to charities because of it, as well as meet new friends.

The women I have met through blogging are a varied bunch.  From all across the map, different ages, and different lifestyles.  They’ve never met me, but are supportive of me, help me, encourage me and (gasp!) yes even read what I write!  I truly count them as friends despite the fact that I’ve never seen them face to face.

I have a chance to share some fabulous bloggers with you.  By no means do I only have 5 that I admire.  There are many more than that, however, if I could only go to 5 blogs these are the ones that I would visit.  Keeping in mind that I decided to list them alphabetically so they are in no particular order other than that.

Being Alison – Alison is one of the most helpful bloggers in my social network.  She is always willing to lend a hand to her friends.  When she sees a problem, she won’t stop until she solves it – she’s tenacious!  I think I also like her because she’s short .  You know because I’m short too, and us short gals have to stick together!  She’s outspoken but real about it and I think if you read her blog – you’ll like her as much as I do.

Mom Start – Louise at Mom Start is one of the first bloggers I remember reading.  Okay honestly I probably first got to her blog while entering a giveaway, BUT I became a loyal reader.  Her two children are featured prominently on her blog, and they are two of the cutest tykes you ever will see.  Louise shares honestly about all sorts of topics, such as moods effected by the weather and the fun things that she does with her kids.  She also has a green section on her blog and a lot of healthy recipes too.

Penelope’s Oasis – If you need a boost to your marriage or want to find more reasons to love on your husband, Penelope has the scoop.  She is passionate about her husband and son, and it shows in her writing.  This lady will make you want to try harder to not sweat the small stuff and bring out the good dishes for dinner.  She has started a new Meme “Happy Marriage Mondays” that will surely make you think about how you view your marriage.  If that’s not enough to get you to visit – she’s a beauty maven (literally and content wise!).  You will be armed with enough information to have a spa day at home when you’re finished reading!

Simply Being Mommy – Crystal is making me fat, that’s all I have to say.  Lately she has the most wonderful recipes on her blog, and they ALL look and sound good.  Evil, I know right?  LOL – but seriously, this Texas Mom of three is beautiful inside and out and I check out her blog each day to not only get the latest recipe scoop but to see what her and her family are up to, and what they’ve had a chance to do in their community.

The Beautiful Side of Hectic – I feel a kinship to Cheryl just by way of land.  She’s Canadian, I was born in Canada, you don’t need more than that!  It just gets better though.  Cheryl is an amazing mother – with two equally amazing daughters.  Her oldest is what one might call ‘precocious’…I’m telling you script writers couldn’t come up with the things that girl says.  I think she does it just so Cheryl has blog fodder.  Her youngest is nothing but determined.  This pre-schooler with Cerebral Palsy won’t let anyone tell her that she can’t do something.  You must see the incredible feat she has accomplished with some botox injections (and NO this is nothing like the 8 year old cosmetic botox procedure….) that has helped her stand flat footed and walk!
