Socks.  Something a lot of people don’t think much more of then as something to cover their feet.  I however have a fascination with them.  I ♥ socks.  I know, strange but true.  I like getting socks in all styles and colors, and quite honestly, I wouldn’t be upset to find them under the tree, or in my stocking on Christmas morning.  But…they need to be good quality socks.  Not necessarily expensive (although high quality socks tend to cost more than your average pair), but ones that will last through more than a dozen wash and wears.

We travel quite a bit, and most trips we go on we take several modes of travel, planes, ships and automobiles are the norm every year.  I don’t always suffer from motion sickness, but I can’t read in a moving vehicle, and when there are high waves on the sea I do tend to feel a bit light headed and queasy.  I fortunately have never been violently ill from motion sickness, but in the past have always taken medication to negate the effects of it.
