Brugo Self Cooling Travel Mug Giveaway

I’ve done it before in the morning and I’m sure you have too. In anticipation of that first jolt of caffeine, I’ve gulped a little too much coffee and have scalded myself, leaving the rest of the beverage some what less satisfying.

Unfortunately this also happens all to often in my car when I’m stopped at a traffic light. So when I heard about the Brugo Self Cooling Travel Mug, I was intrigued to try it. A spill proof way to completely enjoy your coffee on the go.

Here’s the skinny, with the Brugo Self Cooling Mug you can sip perfectly temperate coffee at your leisure. It’s constructed in such a way that with the rotation of the lid, you control the portion of coffee that you sip to 150°-170° F. But the rest of the coffee in the mug stays hot.

It simple to use. Pour your coffee into the inner chamber and then twist the lid on so the two tabs are aligned, ensuring it is sealed completely. Then turn the dial on the lid to Tip and Cool. Tip your cup away from you and then side to side, this will fill that outer portion of the inner tumbler cooling the coffee to that optimum temperature. Turn the dial to sip, and sip your cooled coffee! If you want to make sure your coffee won’t spill, rotate the dial to lock.

The Brugo Self Cooling Travel Mug really does work. I had a bit of trouble personally finding the right angle to tip it at, so as not to spill it and if you tip the cup to far forward while you’re drinking, you will gulp hot coffee along with your cooled coffee too. So for myself it had a bit of a learning curve to use. But now that I’ve got the whole, tip, sip and lock thing down pat, I really like it for my car. It’s nice to just be able to move that dial to “lock” and not worry about my coffee sloshing if I have to brake suddenly.
