PB & Yay!
Peanut Butter. I can’t get enough of the stuff. While it’s a food most kids request, I’m not ashamed to say… I LOVE IT!
BNUTTY, a gourmet peanut butter company, send me samples (at no cost to myself) to try out and then share my thoughts about it.
When I write review posts, the main question readers ask is, Why Try It? For BNUTTY, simply put because their flavors are awesome. The flavors are fun and without much effort, make you feel creative whether that’s for a snack, a meal or dessert.
BNUTTY sent me:

Totally Toffee – Gourmet Peanut Butter made with Honey Roasted Peanuts and Toffee, Milk Chocolate and Almonds
Blissful Blueberries – Gourmet Peanut Butter made with Honey Roasted Peanuts and Blueberries and Milk Chocolate
As it should be, honey roasted peanuts is their first ingredient, and tastebuds will really lean toward the flavors BNUTTY has. You aren’t just getting some extra ‘flavor’, these spreads contain real pieces of the ‘extras’ to enhance your peanut butter experience.
From a parent perspective, it’s an easy way to change up your kids snacks. Just add some BNUTTY to a piece of whole grain bread or some whole grain crackers, or let them smear some on some apple slices and your kids will be in snack heaven. In our home BNUTTY is both kid and parent approved!
Check out the whole blueberries in the Blissful Blueberries flavor.
When we think summer flavors in our home, we instantly conjure up the taste of S’mores. So the S’more Dreams was definitely our favorite of the bunch.
It was super tasty on toast, but we made these incredible no-bake cookies using it as well. The gourmet peanut butter really kicked this treat up a notch.
BNUTTY S’more Dreams Sammiches
1/2 cup of BNUTTY S’more Dreams gourmet peanut butter
2 tsp confectioners’ sugar
2 tbs butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
32 round toasted sandwich crackers
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vegetable oil
sea salt for sprinkling (if desired)
- Stir the BNUTTY S’more Dreams gourmet peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl until creamy. You may need to flatten some of the marshmallows down and chop up some of the chocolate (this can be easily down with the edge of a spoon, and you may need to do this so the upper cracker can be ‘sandwiched’). Spread about 1 teaspoon of filling onto half of the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers, gently pressing down. Do not worry too much if the marshmallows or chocolate in the peanut butter cause the upper cracker to crack when you press down, as the coating step will cover that.
- Place the chocolate chips in a micro-wave safe bowl and heat on 50% power until melted, stirring frequently (if you have a melt button on your microwave that does a great job in lieu of manually setting the time/power). Once melted stir in the teaspoon of vegetable oil.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Using a fork or offset spatula, dip each sandwich cracker into the melted chocolate, lift up and let the excess chocolate drip off your utensil. Place the cracker sandwich on the baking sheet and if desired, sprinkle with a bit of sea salt. Once all the crackers are covered, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. You can store the ‘sammiches’ refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
BNUTTY flavors would also work great in this cookie recipe as well.
