I’ve never been the type of person that follows beauty trends. I generally buy drugstore make-up and choose what’s on sale without really paying attention to what the benefits (if any) it offers.
A couple of months ago I was able to participate in a local blogging event at a spa and had a mini-makeover done. When they did my makeup they applied mineral foundation. I loved both the way it looked and felt on my skin.
So recently I had the chance to review Ageless Derma’s Natural Pressed Mineral Makeup Foundation. Since at the spa they used a “Warm Silk” shade, I took a gamble with Ageless Derma’s “Warm Beige” shade and it is a great match to my skin tone.
I am very pleased with this product. It gives my face a flawless look in just seconds. Even better since I’m now in my 40s it has anti-aging properties and prevents wrinkles with Vitamin A, E and Green Tea. It also provides broad spectrum sun protection and is anti-inflammatory and paraben free. I also like the fact that it’s made in the USA.
I’m pretty sure that this is a foundation I’m going to buy again in the future. It seems pricey at $45 but the price is comparable to other spf pressed mineral powders, and actually is a little bit cheaper than some of them.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I love when makeup is multi-purpose. I might as well get some vitamins or help with wrinkles too right?
That's about the price I paid for my Bare Minerals foundation a couple of years ago. I'm due to get some more so I'll have to see what shades this company offers.

Makeup is definitely getting more costly, but they are also getting more benefits in them too. This looks like a great product worth trying. Thanks for the honest review.
Sounds nice. I love beauty products and I'm always looking for things that will make me look younger! 🙂
My daughter keeps telling me to try mineral makeup because it has such a nice finish. Now you're telling me, so I guess I should try it.
I've never heard of Ageless Derma before. I only use mineral makeup, so I'll have to try this.
