Are you already fretting about what to make for a Valentine’s dessert because you’re counting your calories, but you don’t want to disappoint your sweeties by making them nothing, or be a bit down yourself because you can only watch them eat it and not partake yourself?

No worries! Fiber One has you covered.

With a few added garnishes, you can still have a yummy Valentine’s Day dessert with a Fiber One 90 Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie at its centerpiece. The bonus is they provide 20% of the daily fiber requirement!

Adding 15 grams of lite whipping cream and some strawberries as garnish, makes this a tasty dessert! My family was quite happy when I brought this out the other night, and didn’t feel deprived at all.

One of the things I’ve noticed in my own home is that my family (including myself) has a distorted view of portion size. So when I was assembling these desserts, my daughter lamented a bit at their small size. Then of course we had the discussion that a ‘snack’ is not supposed to be the size of a baseball mitt. This has always been one of my favorite things about the Fiber One snack line…because they are pre-portioned I know I’m eating an appropriate amount.

Being frequent travelers I also like the wrapped snacks to toss in our carry-ons. Airport food is generally calorie laden and expensive, plus I get the munchies in the air, so these brownies allow me to have a small snack without having to break out the credit card and not blow the calorie bank either.

If you’re looking for a dessert you can enjoy on Valentine’s Day with your family, pick up a box of Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies! Besides the Chocolate Chip flavor I’ve featured in this post, they also come in Fudge and Peanut Butter flavors.

  1. I would add whipped cream and a dark chocolate heart candy on top of the whipped cream

  2. I'd place a small serving of sugar-free chocolate pudding on a dessert plate, top it with the Fiber One Brownie and add a few fresh raspberries on top!

  3. I would add whipped cream and some pink and red sprinkles. Thanks for the chance to win!

  4. I would use some fresh strawberries and a little whipped cream to make an awesome dessert

  5. i would add a cup of coffee with sugar free french vanilla creamer on the side, thanks
