Tropical Granola Sundae

I’m trying to get more dairy in my diet this year.  I’m not a fan of milk, but I really like yogurt.  Eating it for breakfast is okay, but since I’m trying to lineup better for me snacks in the evenings I thought a quick to make ‘sundae’ that uses yogurt instead of ice cream would be the way to go.  I found it in a Weight Watchers magazine originally but changed it up just a bit with ingredients I had on hand.  Taking less than 5 minutes to make this Tropical Granola Sundae is a keeper.

Thanks for sharing the recipe. I too am trying to add in more dairy into my meals; this looks delicious! 🙂

  3. It looks good and is simple to make, but if someone hands me a “sundae”, and it turns out to be yogurt, I would be devastated!!
