Chili powder, parsley, dill and tangy yogurt combine in a flavorful marinade perfect for chicken.
- 1 single serve container plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic cloves
- ½ tsp parsley
- ½ tsp dill
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Mix all ingredients together.
I used this to bake some chicken in the oven I baked them at 375 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. But I think this would be even better if you grill the chicken instead.
