The greens will will go down easy in this creamy shake like St. Patrick’s Day Smoothie that even your littlest leprechauns will love.
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ½ green apple, cored with peel on
- 1 frozen banana
- agave syrup
Add milk, water, spinach and mint to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add apple, banana and agave syrup to taste, blend until creamy. *
Makes 2 smoothies.
*Tip – if you want a perfectly smooth beverage, put the blender on puree for the the greens with the liquid, before blending with the fruit.
