Robert’s Remedies: Nightly Facial Giveaway

A few weeks ago, I was introduced to the company Robert’s Remedies.  One of the reasons I was interested in trying their products is because all Robert’s Remedies are paraben free and instead contain only the most basic of preservatives.  But the even more interesting thing about them is their use of Essential Brewer’s Yeast Extract (eBYE) in their products.

I was sent both Robert’s Remedies products to try out; the Nightly Facial and the SunBurn & Bite Balm.

   

Here’s the low down on eBYE, what it does is help cells help themselves.  Robert’s eBYE helps to stabilize the cellular DNA, rescuing the cells from self-destruction, and accelerating the natural healing of the affected area.

I really like the Nightly Facial.  Besides the eBYE, it’s packed with anti-aging ingredients and fruit extracts which means smoother, glowing, more youthful skin.  One doesn’t need a lot of this product to feel hydrated, 4 small pumps of the bottle does me each night.  I like that it repairs damaged skin, and smoothes fine lines – as I’m easing into 40 I know that those things will be more evident on my face in the coming years.  One thing I’ve really noticed the Nightly Facial doing is decreasing inflammation, my skin tone is far more even after having used it, and I have smoother skin as well.  I don’t care for the scent overly much, I find it very potent and ‘medicine-y’.

So far I haven’t had a reason to use the SunBurn & Bite Balm.  It’s winter here in South Dakota, not many bugs out and it’s not skiing season yet so we haven’t been out where the sun would affect us at this time of year.  The information I received with the products mentioned it’s also great for razor burn and other skin irritations, but thankfully we still haven’t needed it yet for either of those reasons either.  I have no doubt though that come summer, we will be using this product a lot in our home, both for burns and bites!  SunBurn and Bite Balm uses a blend of organic aloe and eBYE for soothing and healing on your skin irritations.  This product has a bit of a better scent to it then the Nightly Facial a little on the lighter side.
