So I’m actually getting a break this fall when it comes to that frazzled back to school time. When you all are trying to squeeze in an extra hour everyday and wonder how in the world you’re going to get dinner on the table in 45 minutes or less between homework and swimming lessons, I’m going to be relaxing 😉 There are some perks to being an empty nester! But I’ve been there and done that.

Forget the kids…I love these meals LOL! Seriously, my son was a picky eater growing up and now I have a little niece that stays with me often that is as well. But I just know she would love that chicken!

These look delicious, and I think my kids would eat any of them. I just made them some mini pot pies the other day and they gobbled them up.
