Tuesday morning, while I was waiting for the plumber to arrive to cut up our garage ceiling which has a leak in it (totally other story, which I’ll tell some time), I decided to pass the time with the new book I received Puzzle Baron’s Logic Puzzles. I’ve never been terribly good at logic puzzles, but tend to do better with word puzzles than number ones like Sudoku (have I mentioned I have numerphobia?!!). In any event, I started with the first puzzle and after erasing it…twice…gave up but not in defeat, I just decided to test my brain on the next one. And after some time (I didn’t check the clock, as I could have been doing laundry or cleaning my kitchen…), I came out victorious, and solved it! What a rush.
So now that I have achieved the solving of at least one of the puzzles in Puzzle Baron’s Logic Puzzles I feel like I can recommend it to all you puzzle addicts out there! It’s not too hard (if I can solve one, you all can too), and I’m sure for those of you who love the matrix tables of who does what, when and where, it might not be a huge challenge, but it will be fun nonetheless.
