Pollo Tropical is one of our favorite places to eat. Special kudos for the Sauce Bar which includes a variety of sauces to top your meal with, my favorites are the Pineapple Rum and Guava BBQ. Typically we get a family meal and it feeds us well, but I don’t know that I’m going to be sharing these Pollo Tropical Empanadas with anybody else, they’re all going to have to get their own serving!
