PEANUT BUTTER-HONEY BROWNIES

Ingredients
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3.8oz package instant Devil’s Food flavor pudding mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup chocolate milk
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup Peter Pan Honey Roast creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Mix cocoa, sugar, flour. salt and pudding mix together. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs, then add 1/2 cup margarine, 1/4 cup chocolate milk, oil and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Add the cocoa mixture from step 1 until there are no lumps. Spread into pan.
3. Mix the ingredients on the lower half of the ingredient list starting with the peanut butter. It will have a fluffy, icing like consistency when mixed together.
4. Drop tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie batter.

5. Run a knife through the peanut butter to create a marbleized look.

6. Bake for up to 60 minutes, depending on the consistency you like for your brownies. Check after 30 minutes for doneness, and adjust from there. Cool before cutting.
