Peachy-Keen Smoothies

It’s that time of the year.  We aren’t ready for summer to end, but we’re heading into autumn.  This is a great smoothie recipe that I got from a Family Fun magazine that combines the sweetness of summer peaches with the warm flavors of fall.  The best of both!


Ingredients

2 peaches, pitted and diced
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 cup of vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup of ice

Blend all together until smooth.  Serves 2.

  4. Baby loves her sweet peaches! I love them in smoothies too – never thought to add brown sugar – that must taste extra delicious 🙂
