It’s time to scare up vintage breakfast-time fun this fall!  The same Count Chocula®, Boo Berry® and Franken Berry® cereals we loved growing up are back for a limited time and are a spook-tacular way to start your day.  For more than 40 years, General Mills’ Monster Cereals have provided spoonfuls of spooky traditions and created Halloween memories all over the country.  Until October 31, head to your local Target® checkout aisle to check out the new look and pick up some to fill your favorite breakfast cauldron this year!

When I was a kid, Franken Berry® was a major treat at this time of the year.  Not just for breakfast either, we would snack on it after school and in the evenings too!

Count Chocula®, Boo Berry® and Franken Berry® cereal combine chocolate, blueberry and strawberry flavored cereal with colorful marshmallow shapes that kids and adults enjoy.  Each serving of the playful, monster-themed cereal is low in fat with no cholesterol or saturated fat, providing a good source of calcium, whole grain and nine other essential vitamins and minerals.

If you go to www.grocerysavvy.com, you can view the fun “Let’s Go Disco” video (which I’m sure will bring back lots of memories!) and download a desktop background of your favorite Monsters character.  Yes, Franken Berry® is on my desktop!
