Thanks to CROSS Pens for partnering with me for this Father’s Day post.
My husband is quite possibly one of the hardest men to buy gifts for. He has very strong opinions on just about everything and is stickler for quality. Over the years I’ve learned that it’s best just to let him buy his own things, but it’s difficult when holidays come around and our family wants to express our love and appreciation for all he does.
This guy. He’s a real life Superhero to us. He’s a wonderful provider, rarely complains, is our in home tech support and puts up with our everyday craziness. How he’s not exhausted by us, day in and day out, is a wonder in itself. You may be able to say the same about someone in your own life like that, whether it’s your husband, father, brother, friend… so many of our Superheroes don’t actually carry shields or have an actual suit of iron, but metaphorically for us they do.
Just a couple of weeks ago we went to go see CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR as a family. While our daughter is an Iron Man fan, my husband and I firmly stand behind and support #TeamCap. As citizens of America by choice we love the ideals that are portrayed by Captain America and if we could ever claim kinship between a fictional character and ourselves, we’d claim Steve Rogers as family 😉 CROSS fine writing instrument teamed up with Marvel to launch a series of Super Pens featuring the most prominent icons in the Marvel universe, Iron Man, Captain America, and Spider Man. A CROSS Captain America pen for my very own superhero, I KNOW this is a gift that he’s actually going to love receiving this Father’s Day.
The pens are available in two styles. First the brand’s evolutionary Century II series finished in a high-gloss lacquer and includes a collectible, character-specific romance card (MSRP $150 USD.)
And the second is the Tech2 series, which transforms from a ballpoint pen to a stylus in a flash (MSRP $45 USD.) Both styles endow users with the “superpower” of expression via a fine writing instrument.
For as long as I’ve known him my husband has carried a CROSS pen, and while he usually purchases refills, a Captain America branded CROSS ballpoint pen with stylus is right up his alley and will likely replace his current one.
CROSS was established in 1846 and to this day, receiving a CROSS fine writing instrument is a symbol of achievement, accomplishments, and human potential, all while being a luxury fine writing instrument. CROSS seeks to provide those possessing extraordinary vision and a strong entrepreneurial spirit with the tools needed to make their mark. CROSS will always continue to be the #WriteGift for recognizing the deserving moments in anyone’s life from a job promotion, to marriage, to graduation, to holidays like Father’s Day and Christmas…
Who is deserving of the fine quality of Marvel CROSS Pens in your life?
