It isn’t easy for kids or parents that are allergic to peanuts.  You have to pay close attention to food labels, and forget about your child participating in any food festivities in the classroom or at holiday parties. 

But there is a saving grace for those parents and it is in the form of I.M. Healthy SoyNut Butter.  With the same texture as peanut butter, and a similar taste, it allows kids (and grown ups) with peanut allergies to enjoy foods and not to feel left out.

I have now used it in my home spread on graham crackers, a soynut butter sandwich, and I made some Muddy Buddies with it.

While I could tell it wasn’t peanut butter on the graham crackers and sandwich, truthfully you couldn’t tell at all in the Muddy Buddies.  I’m going to try baking some “soynut butter” cookies with I.M. Healthy soon too.
